Our Physical Education curriculum offers a variety of different activities and team sports. Our Physical Education program is creatively designed to make use of our indoor, outdoor and community facilities. Students are encouraged to participate to the best of their ability and to maintain a positive attitude while trying to learn new skills.
Our program is organized into seasons: we play tennis and lacrosse in the Fall; we skate, ski and play broomball and hockey in the winter; in the Spring, we prepare for upcoming baseball, football and soccer seasons.
We are also very proud to be able to offer Karate on a regular basis to our students. During these classes, students learn techniques in a safe environment as well as participate in conditioning activities to help with strength, flexibility and balance.
