Overview
Kanata Academy is an independent private high school in Ottawa that gives every student a personalized path through Grades 9 to 12. Students take Ontario curriculum courses, follow clear prerequisite pathways, and earn credits toward the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) as they prepare for the university, college or career path they choose.
With typically 12 to 16 students per class, our teachers know each student well. Students shape their learning around their goals through course planning, co-operative education opportunities, and tailored support, including one-to-one tutoring after school when it’s needed.
