Overview

At Kanata Academy, our dynamic Student Council is at the heart of school life, continuously growing and making a meaningful impact year after year. With a focus on diverse interests, activities, and philanthropy, the council leads exciting initiatives such as Movember, Craft Club, Board Game Club, Field Trip Committee, Grad Trip Committee, Yearbook Committee, Women’s Health Awareness, and more. Through teacher-guided clubs and committees, students develop valuable skills, learn the importance of hard work, and give back to the community in meaningful ways. While these programs help students earn their 40 required volunteer hours, many go above and beyond, dedicating even more time to make a difference!
